All orders are packed and dispatched from Australia.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item :

• is unused
• is in its original condition
• is returned in its original packaging 

Please note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• photos of the issue    
• A brief description of the problem

We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Important Information

• We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, used outdoors or damaged through normal use cannot be returned unless they are faulty 
• Items must be in resalable condition
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
