If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item :
- is unused
- is in its original condition
- is returned in its original packaging
Please note : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Information
- We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, used outdoors or damaged through normal use cannot be returned unless they are faulty
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
